OPEN OFFICE HOURS

Since 2005, I’ve worked with clients all over the world solving all sorts of problems. The thread running through these projects is that a change is happening.

Colleagues, clients and strangers have either wanted to change something and weren’t sure how to get started or were already underway and had encountered some difficulty.

Starting in 2026, I’m making these chats available to anyone. Simply find a time on the calendar and book yourself in. No introduction required.

Open office hours are ideal if you:

• have a wicked problem in need of solving,

• have an idea to calibrate (big or small)

• can tell me what is going on with the Nierenwärmer
  

  I'm industry and function agnostic, but you’ll get the most out of our time if your questions are at least adjacent to innovation, behaviour, product development, business model transformation or process optimization.
